850 Autos didn’t begin as a business plan or a fancy shop.
It started in a driveway — my mom’s driveway — with a beat-up toolbox and a kid who loved machines.
I didn’t have training, money, or a mentor. I had curiosity.
I wanted to learn how cars worked.
If something broke, I wanted to understand why.
If I needed a tool, I’d hop on my bike, pedal to the store, and buy it with whatever cash I had.
That’s how I learned to fix cars: one problem at a time, one tool at a time, one neighbor at a time.
